Despite a general MOQ of full container load, Muxue has flexible MOQ requirements for different products; please consult with our staff.
2.What Are The Terms Of Payment?
Deposit in advance, balance before delivery. Specific situations need to be communicated with our sales staff.
3.How Long Is Your Lead Time / Delivery Time?
Lead time is around 30 days after deposit payment for a standard specification order.
4. How Can I Pay/ What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
You can pay by TT, WestUnion, LC, DP, Credit Card, Check etc. We accept majority currency like USD, EUR, CNY, CHF, HKD, GBP etc.
5.How Do You Ship? Where Do You Ship?
Nansha, Shunde, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hongkong We mainly ship goods by containers from Nansha city port, the biggest deep water port in Southern Guangzhou. We can delivery Less than Container Load order by truck to designated warehouse as well. We’re arranging shipment around the world every day. To save your time and cost, you could just send us your final address/port name, and we will check the freight cost for you.
6.How Do You Pack The Fridge? Is It Strong Enough?
Our products are applied with strong and reliable seaworthy packaging which as been testified from our long time export experience.
7.What Is Your Warranty Policy?
1 years for the core component like compressor and 1 year for the entire body. The warranty period can be extended according to your needs, and there will be additional costs. For more details, please browse our after sales service.
8.Do You Offer Free Spare Parts?
We offer free spare parts to each container you order that covers the basic need for frequent damages.
9.What Certification You Have?
CB and RoHS certified. Meanwhile, with a close relationship with the certification body, we could get new certificates at competitive costs and fast time according to customer’s requests.
